Tall Nettle
Urtica dioica L. ssp. gracilis
Greenish flowers spreading in drooping clusters. This species is similar to stinging nettle but has few stinging hairs on the stem. This plant can grow as tall as 9 feet and prefers moist shady areas in the forest. There is no indication in the literature if this plant can be used to make tea as can be done with the stinging nettle early leaves.
